Return Policy

General Provisions

1.1 Prior to placing an order, Users are advised to carefully review all product details, including selected options and quantities. Once an order is confirmed and marked as "Confirmed," cancellation requests will not be accepted. Returns shall only be permitted if the product packaging remains intact and unopened upon receipt.


1.2 Exchanges will only be offered without additional shipping charges in the event of product damage or proven quality defects.


1.3 All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email to the Customer Service Center at help_hk@dermacorp.kr or through the official website’s customer support channels.


【Warranty-Covered Products】


The following products are covered by a limited warranty of 10 days from the date of receive on the official CELLOLOGY Hong Kong website:


  1. CELLOLOGY MELITURN SHOT GUN

  2. CELLOLOGY BLUE ERASER SERUM

  3. PORE SHOT MTS Device

The following products are covered by a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of receive on the official CELLOLOGY Hong Kong website:

4. CELLNEMER LIFT IRON PRO

2.1 In the event that a product listed above presents a verifiable defect due to quality issues during the warranty period, the User may apply for a one-time exchange in accordance with the provisions herein.


2.2 The User must provide a clear explanation and evidence of the product's defect. Should the inspection determine that the defect is not attributable to the product’s original quality, the exchange request may be declined.

【Return & Exchange Procedure】

3.1 Users must initiate return or exchange requests within 10 working days/1 year from the date of receipt by contacting the Customer Service Center.
3.2 The following information must be provided to facilitate verification and processing:

  • Order number

  • Purchaser’s full name

  • Return shipping address, contact number, and recipient name

  • Product(s) to be returned/exchanged, including name and quantity

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

3.3 Additional guidelines:

  • In the case of a wrongly delivered item, the User must not open the product and must provide clear images of the sealed packaging and security labels.

  • If the product is defective, clear close-up photographs of the defect must be submitted.

  • For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than product defects (e.g. change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered), the User shall bear all associated shipping costs.


【Refund Terms】

4.1 Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods, refunds will generally be processed within 15 working days to the original method of payment.

4.2 The refund amount shall reflect the actual amount paid by the User.

4.3 All shipping fees, including original delivery charges, are non-refundable.

4.4 In the case of personal reason returns, round-trip shipping fees shall be borne solely by the User.

4.5 If a User refuses to accept delivery after dispatch, the resulting round-trip shipping costs shall be deducted from the refund amount.

4.6 Where a returned order included complimentary gifts, all such gifts must also be returned in unused condition. Failure to return said gifts will result in a deduction of their retail value from the refund amount.

4.7 Any promotional benefits (including discount codes, store credits, bundle pricing, or add-on discounts) shall be voided upon return or refund. 

The final refund amount shall be recalculated accordingly, and any difference due to price adjustments will be deducted.

4.8 Promotional, limited edition, or time-limited items, as well as add-on products, are not eligible for return or exchange.


【Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange】

Return or exchange requests shall be deemed invalid under the following circumstances:

  • The request is made more than 14 working days after product delivery

  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged in a manner affecting resale

  • The item was purchased at a discount during promotional events or redeemed via points

  • Return was initiated without prior approval from the Customer Service Center

  • The product is explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the official website
