【Delivery Policies】
Please ensure the recipient’s phone number and delivery address are entered accurately. SF Express may charge additional fees if delivery fails due to incorrect information.
For smart locker pick-ups, customers must collect within 24 hours of SMS notification, or SF Express may charge extra service fees.
For SF Store or SF Station pick-ups, collection must be completed within 2 days of notification, or extra service fees will apply.
If delivery method or address is changed after placing the order, customers must contact SF Express directly. Additional charges may apply.
Please double-check the product options and quantity before placing your order. Once payment is completed, changes, additions, or combining orders will not be possible.
If a customer refuses to accept the package after dispatch, any extra costs and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Gifts included in sets or orders cannot be changed. Random gifts are arranged by
warehouse staff and cannot be specified.
【Delivery Time】
Normally, items will be shipped within 3–7 working days after the order is confirmed.
(Working days: Monday to Friday only; no shipments on weekends or public holidays)
Customers will be notified via email once the order has been dispatched.
Smart locker pick-up may be delayed if the selected locker is full.Delivery may take longer during promotions, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

Currently, shipping is only available within Hong Kong.
【Shipping Fee】
*Shipping is calculated based on the final amount after deducting coupons, credits, discounts, and any previous shipping fee discounts.
【About Order Cancellation】
Once an order is placed, our customer service team will immediately begin processing
and hand it over to the logistics company.If you wish to cancel, you must contact our customer service before 8:00 AM the
following morning.Cancellations are not accepted after 8:00 AM.

Example: Order placed on June 1 →
Cancellation request must be made before 8:00 AM on June 2
If the next day is a holiday, submit your request before 8:00 AM on the next business
day. For weekend orders, apply by 8:00 AM on the following Monday
To maintain efficiency and service quality, if you fail to collect your package from SF
Stores, SF Stations, or smart lockers within the specified period, "SF Retention" service charges will apply.
SF Store/Station Pickup: HKD $10 per day will be charged starting from the 3rd day if not picked up within 2 days of SMS or app notification (Mon–Sat only; Sun/public holidays excluded).
Smart Locker Pickup: HKD $10 per 24 hours starting from the 2nd day if not picked
up within 24 hours of notification.

【Additional Surcharges】
SF Express may charge additional fees for fuel, remote area deliveries, or resource allocation. These must be paid by the customer.
